Susan Davis-Morales, MJ, (aka "Susi") is the author of Be You. Always.: The Colorful Path from Breakdown to Peace. Her memoir blends raw storytelling with evidence-based insight to challenge the myths about resilience and self-worth. Known for shaking up the human services system with unorthodox, bias-busting hiring practices, she’s a strategist who leads with both intellect and defiance.

Holding a Master of Jurisprudence from Tulane University Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Sociology and Psychology from Arizona State University, Susan brings a rare mix of legal expertise, human insight, and practical leadership to everything she does.

An accomplished HR consultant with a background in labor and employment law, human services administration, and business leadership, she creates shock waves in every field she touches. Her approach—equal parts fearless and fiercely intelligent—has redefined what’s possible for organizations, communities, and individuals who’ve been underestimated.

She is also the owner of the Be You Always Tie Dye Shop, where her philosophy of living loud and in color comes to life in one-of-a-kind creations.
