Here at Be You Always®, we believe clothing should feel good to wear and easy to choose. Color isn’t a requirement, a statement, or a rule — it’s simply an option. Some people use it to stand out, some to blend in, some just because it makes them smile. We dye one garment at a time, pay attention to how the fabric responds, and let the piece become what it wants to be. When it’s finished, it goes on the rack. If it speaks to you, great. If it doesn’t, that’s fine too. Clothing should feel like a yes, not an obligation.   

We like curious humans, honest questions, and clothing that feels good on real bodies.  If you’re human, you belong here—no proof required.  AND we genuinely love suggestions for future drops.  If you have one, let us know.  

Payments:
Secure checkout and payment processing are provided through PayPal. Buyer protection and dispute resolution are handled directly through PayPal. Zelle sends payments through secure, encrypted bank-to-bank transfer, so your financial information stays with your bank (local transactions only). We do not accept checks. BYA does not collect, store, or have access to your banking or card information. Ever.

Shipping & Returns:
Free shipping via USPS Ground Advantage. Everything here is one-of-one, so all sales are final. That said, if something shows up with a real issue (holes, damage, anything that shouldn’t be there), we’ve got you. Just reach out, and we’ll take care of it. If a piece needs more work, shipping waits. We’ll keep you in the loop.

Approved returns for defects are resolved through exchange or refund once the original item is received. 

Privacy:
No personal information is sold or shared. Contact details are used only for order fulfillment or custom inquiries.

Commissions: 

Customs are collaborative and final sale. Pay via PayPal invoice or Zelle. Reach out for color preferences and sizing.  Zelle is used for studio commissions and for those who don't want to use PayPal. Always confirm via telephone before sending payment.
