FAQ (a few things folks tend to ask)

Do you sell through Messenger or social media?

Nope. We keep it simple.
All purchases happen through beyoualways.shop — that’s the only place we sell.

You’re always welcome to ask questions by email or text. 

Is everything really one of a kind?

Yep. Every single piece is dyed individually, one garment at a time.

That means color variation isn’t a mistake — it’s the magic.
If you see something you love, grab it. The next one will be different.

Do you do custom work?

We do — customs happen here.

If you’ve got an idea (or even just a vague color feeling), email us at beyoualways@gmail.com and we’ll talk it through. If it’s a good fit for the studio, we’ll tell you what’s possible. If it’s not, we’ll be honest about that too.

I don’t see my size / style / exact thing. Now what?

Ask.

Sometimes we have pieces that aren’t on the site yet. Sometimes we can make what you’re looking for. And sometimes we’ll point you toward something you didn’t know you wanted. All three happen regularly.

How long does custom work take?

This is a one-garment-at-a-time studio, not a factory.

Timing depends on the piece, the dye work, and what’s already on the rack. We’ll always give you a realistic expectation before anything gets started.

Will my piece look exactly like the photos?

Photos are accurate, but every screen is different — and every dye job is unique.

Small variations in color, saturation, and pattern are normal. That’s part of what makes the piece yours and nobody else’s.

What’s your return or exchange policy?

Because everything here is one of a kind (and many pieces are custom), sales are generally final.

If something arrives damaged or incorrect, reach out and we’ll make it right.

Where are you located? Can I visit the studio?

We’re an online studio only.
