Frequently Asked Questions
-
Can I request a custom color or design?Yes, we offer custom tie-dye orders depending on availability. If you have a specific color palette or vibe in mind, reach out through the contact form. We love helping customers express themselves through custom, hand-dyed fashion. Please allow extra time for made-to-order pieces.
-
Is every piece really one-of-a-kind?Yes! Every item at Be You Always Tie Dye Shop is a truly one-of-a-kind, hand-dyed creation. I don’t use patterns or mass production—just artistic expression and professional fiber-reactive dyes on 100% cotton garments. Each piece is a wearable original made to reflect your individuality.
-
Who is behind Be You Always?Susi—the heart and hands behind Be You Always Tie Dye Shop. With a background in human services and law, she started this brand to help people feel seen, valued, and free to express their truest selves. Be You Always tie-dye is hand-dyed fashion with soul.
-
What sizes do you carry? Most of my handmade tie-dye clothing comes in M–XXL, and I offer one-size options on select skirts and dresses. Many pieces are designed to be flowy, forgiving, and body-celebrating. I'm working toward expanding sizing to be even more inclusive in future collections. If you see something you like but it is not in your size, reach out to us via e-mail or phone.
-
Do you offer pre-orders for sold-out items?Absolutely. If you see a sold-out tie-dye shirt or dress that you love, you can pre-order a similar version. Just reach out to us via e-mail or phone. Since every piece is hand-dyed, no two are ever identical—but I’ll match the colors and pattern concept. It’s a great way to own a version of a popular design while keeping it totally unique.
-
Is Be You Always a sustainable brand?Yes. As much as it can be. We believe in sustainable fashion that honors both people and the planet. We use natural fiber garments (mostly 100% cotton) in our tie-dye pieces and dye one piece at a time to avoid overproduction. Every item is made with intention, not inventory goals.
-
How do I care for my tie-dye piece?I use professional-grade, long-lasting dyes on natural fibers—so your tie-dye apparel is made to last. For basic care, machine wash cold and tumble dry low or hang to dry. For full details on washing, drying, and long-term care, check out the Essentials page on the site.
